DELIVERY TIMES

At Dress To, we ship across the entire United States from our distribution center in sunny Miami. Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout.

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer every USPS shipping tier so you can choose what fits your timeline:

- USPS Ground Advantage: typically 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: typically 2–3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: typically 1–2 business days

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your ZIP code and the items in your order. You'll always see the final shipping cost before you pay.

FREE SHIPPING

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150. The discount applies automatically at checkout — no code needed.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also sign in to your account and click "My Orders" to view tracking. If you haven't received shipping confirmation in what feels like too long, email customerservice@dressto.com with your order number.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Damaged on arrival: email customerservice@dressto.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll make it right.

Tracking says delivered but you don't have it: check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier first. If you still can't locate the package, contact us and we'll help file a claim.

Lost in transit: if tracking hasn't updated in a while, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

ADDRESS CHANGES

We process orders fast, so the window to edit a shipping address is short. Please email customerservice@dressto.com as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to update the address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment.
