Process of Exchange
1.1. Request an exchange via the link: https://dresstostore.ereturns.app/ 1.2. Credit: After sending the product to our distribution center, you will receive a credit equal to the value of the returned product. This credit will be added to your registration on our website and can be used to purchase other products on our e-commerce platform. The credit will be released within 10 business days after receipt and analysis of the returned product and will be valid for 2 months. 1.3. In exchange requests, as soon as we confirm receipt of the exchange, a credit will be generated for you to place a new order on the website.
EXCHANGES AND RETURN OF ONLINE PURCHASES
2.0. Request a return via the link: https://dresstostore.ereturns.app/
2.1. Posting Authorization: You will receive a posting authorization via email with shipping information. Postage will be free if it is carried out with the authorization provided within the specified period.
2.2. Shipping Conditions: Products must have the original label and be accompanied by the invoice. After posting at the Post Office, we will wait for it to arrive at our facilities. You will be informed by email about the status of your request at each step of the process.
2.3. Quality Analysis: After we receive the products, they will be analyzed by our quality department, with a period of up to 12 business days for the process to be completed.
2.4. Resending Products: Products returned without prior communication, after the deadline, with missing items, without the label or invoice, will be sent back to customers. The same applies to rejected exchanges after analysis of the products by the quality team.
2.5. Use of Credit: In the case of credit generation, products will not be exchanged directly, requiring the customer to enter the website and place a new order to complete the exchange. This credit will be valid for 2 months and will be linked to the buyer's identification number and cannot be transferred or converted into cash.
2.6. Refund on Returns: The refund will be made to a current account within a maximum period of 10 business days after the quality analysis. The refund will only be made to an account linked to the same customer, duly identified, who made the purchase.
2.7. Purchases from Multibrands or Marketplaces: Products purchased through multibrands or third-party marketplaces must be exchanged or returned directly to the store or website where they were purchased. Dress To is not responsible for these procedures.
Returns and Exchanges in the US
Returns received postmarked after 30 days from the original purchase date will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse. We don’t accept returns after 30 days from the original purchase date.
2.8.2. Unworn, unwashed, undamaged pieces with original tags attached are eligible for a return or an exchange.
2.8.3 We offer free returns and exchanges.
2.8.4 Please note that we only exchange an item once. After exchanging it, you can only return it and receive a refund for the full amount paid for the item.
2.8.5 Exchanged items in-store cannot be returned nor exchanged again. After opening a return, you can’t add or remove products. In this case, you should contact our CS Team at customerservice@dressto.com so we can address your case.
2.8.6 Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. On purchases over $800, taxes will be paid by the consumer.
2.8.7 It is necessary to show the receipt of the purchase or present the order’s number.
2.8.8 Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer.
2.8.9 FINAL SALE items cannot be returned. If your order is considered SALE, you can still try again and choose a new piece to call your own.
DEFECTS/DAMAGES AND DIFFERENCES
4.1. Defective Products: If your product is defective, damaged, or different from what you purchased, request an exchange via the link: https://dresstostore.ereturns.app/
4.1.1. In exchange requests, as soon as we confirm receipt of the exchange, a credit will be generated for you to place a new order on the website.
4.1.2. Regarding defects, you must exchange or return the defective product within 30 days.
