How can we help?

Shipping, returns, sizing, payments — the answers to what most of our Dress To family asks us every day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check status in your account:

  • Sign in at your account page
  • Click My Orders
  • Select the order to see its tracking information

Nothing there yet? Orders typically take 1 business day to process before shipping. If it's been longer, email customerservice@dressto.com.

We move fast to get your order on its way, so the window to edit is short. Please email us at customerservice@dressto.com as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to change a size, swap an item, update your address, or cancel.

After that, we may not be able to stop the order, but we'll always do our best.

We're so sorry — please contact us right away. Email customerservice@dressto.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • 2–3 clear photos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

We'll make it right — usually with a replacement or full refund.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your ZIP code and the items in your cart. You'll always see the final price before you pay.

Free standard shipping on orders over $150.

Orders process in 1 business day at our Miami warehouse. Delivery time then depends on the shipping method you chose at checkout:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

We want you to love every piece. Here's how returns work:

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase — anything after is auto-reshipped to you.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags still attached.
  • Free returns and exchanges — but we only exchange an item once.
  • FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, sales, or markdowns.

  1. Send the item back to our distribution center with the prepaid label.
  2. Get store credit equal to the item's value added to your account (within 10 business days, valid for 2 months).
  3. Place a new order for the size or style you want.

We only exchange an item once — after that it can still be returned for a refund.

Once issued, store credit sits in your Dress To account and is valid for 2 months. To redeem:

  1. Sign in to your account before adding items to cart
  2. Credit is automatically applied at checkout
  3. Any remaining balance can be paid with your preferred method

Every product page has a Size Guide link right next to the size selector. It shows bust, waist, and hip measurements in inches and centimeters so you can compare to your favorite-fitting piece at home.

Our pieces are designed in Rio with a flattering, feminine fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for flowy silhouettes and sizing to your smaller measurement for fitted styles.

Every piece has a care label sewn in — always check that first. A few general guidelines that keep our fabrics looking best:

  • Wash in cold water on a delicate cycle, inside out
  • Avoid the dryer when possible — hang or lay flat to dry
  • Iron on low, or steam for printed pieces
  • Store swimwear rinsed, dried, and away from direct sunlight
  • Dry clean only for pieces with trims or embellishments (label will say so)

  • Shop Pay (save payment info for faster checkout)

  • Dress To store credit & gift cards

All transactions are encrypted and fully secure through Shopify Payments.

Yes — digital gift cards are always available and never expire. Pick any amount, add a personal note, and we'll email it to the lucky recipient on the date you choose.

  • No extra discounts on Final Sale items (unless we say otherwise)
